There are several levels of severity of potential privacy invasion and identity theft possibilities with the offenses listed on this site. Here’s what they mean:
Offending email adds victim to list, but allows easy unsubscribe from list, but does not acknowledge offense
Offending email contains enough information that someone can use the enabler’s website to gain access to the offender’s account and make changes or cancel the account.
Offending email contains enough information that someone can contact the enabler’s customer service and engage in potential abuse, but does not allow access to the offender’s account and make changes or cancel the account – nor to correct the problem.
